Summary

I work at the intersection of systematics and fisheries. For example, I develop tools to improve at-sea species identification and collect voucher specimens for natural history museums on fisheries surveys. My focus is fishes of the Atlantic, with particular interest in pufferfishes and their relatives (Tetraodontiformes), but I work globally with colleagues to study marine fishes.
