Duties/Specialties

I have a long standing interest in polyploid breeding and genetics, primarily the creation and propagation of tetraploid oysters. I help to support the overall mission and daily operations at ABC, but focus on specific, grant-funded research projects. I primarily serve as facilitator of externally funded projects at ABC and a liaison between the hatchery, field and PIs in need of biological material for collaborative projects not occurring at VIMS.
