Maryland Shoreline Inventory
Maryland’s first Shoreline Inventory was produced from 2002-2006 as a locality-based series. Updates are now in production to reflect current shoreline conditions. The updated Maryland Shoreline Inventory supports a Living Shoreline Suitability Model that delineates where living shorelines are a suitable treatment option for erosion control. The latest Maryland Shoreline Inventory includes only the features needed as inputs to support this model.
